Square footage of BCV studio?

Hello! We are staying in a BCV studio using rented points in May. I'm curious as to the size of the studios. There will be 5 of us, one being a baby. We made it OK in an ASMo room this summer, but it was definitely easier to spread out at AKL this fall. What should we expect?
