Splash Mtn January Closure

So I goof.ed "splash mountain closure january 2015," and from the first 4 results there were two websites that said it was closed through 1/30 and two that said 1/31. Which do I believe? 1/31 is our last park day and we won't have hoppers. We were planning on that being an epcot day, but if Splash will be open, we may reconsider and head to MK.

Well you can not book a fp+ for 1/31 because it says it's down for maintenance. So you might be out of luck.

Hoping even if the 1/31 date is correct, there is a chance for soft opening on 1/31. We plan to brave the slightly higher crowds at MK on our last Sat and will be checking.

Was anyone able to book a FP for splash on 2/1 out of curiosity.

That means the 1/31 is likely correct as FP is unavailable.

Anyone remember from past years if Splash tends to reopen a little early from their annual winter maintenance?

Our last day there is Jan 31 and I am dying to ride Splash Mountain. Our first trip there I was 8 months pregnant and couldn't ride. I am keeping my fingers crossed for a little pixie dust and it will open early
