On Aug. 18th Spectro is at 9:00pm and Fantasy is at 9:30, but on Aug. 20th Spectro is at 8:30 and Fantasy is at 9:30.
How long is Spectro and could these times be right? Do the fireworks start right after the parade if so why is it 1/2 hour between them on one night and an hour on another night?
