When you book an ADA room should that be noted on the confirmation or online? I stressed this was important to MS but I do not see a notation. I have to call to make sure but I won't be able to for a few days so I was hoping you guys could ease my worries!! TIA!:goodvibes

I would think so. My request for my ressie to be near the pool printed on my confirmation letter. I do not see it online, but all I can find is the summary lines when viewing vacation details.

I have seen messages that it is not--I have a special needs location reserved and it was not noted on the reservation confirmation. Perhaps Brogan or SueM can confirm--

MS lost the ability to print that guarantee a few months ago. I believe Special Needs (which is part of CRO) updated their computers and MS's system is outdated. It shows up on MS' computers, or so the CMs keep telling me. I've even called Special Needs separately and confirmed the room was blocked. You can do that too, if you wish. Special Needs seems to know more about it anyway. The number is listed in the DISabilities section FAQ sticky (407-939-7807).

FWIW, the way it works is that Special Needs blocks the room at the time of booking. MS then has notations to that effect and a lock on the ressie to prevent a room assigner or Front Desk CM from mistakenly moving you to a non-accessible room.

Thank you everyone.

BroganMc that would make perfect sense! When I was making the ressie they asked me to hold so they could call that division. Thank you for posting the number it will make me feel better to know I get my brother the proper room he needs to be comfortable!
