Special Disney visit, any recommendations?

My DH and I are visiting WDW for the 15th time this year and it happens to be our 15th wedding anniversary too. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for restaurant places to go that will do something special for this occasion. I'd like to go to Artist's Pointe and was wondering what kind of atmosphere is there and what they might be able to do to make the experience special. We are leaving the kids at home and I'd like to surprise him.

I think Artist's Point is a great place to celebrate an anniversary. I love the food and atmoshere there, upscale but not fussy.

I've never been to Artist Point, but I think you should also look into California Grill. Get a later ADR, so you can watch Wishes together. Or also Le Cellier would be good too. Happy early anniversary!
