Special Diet for 4 year old

Hi all!
My family and I are planning a trip to WDW Feb 28-Mar 4. I have a 4 year old boy who can't tolerate greasy food. Can anyone suggest where he could eat for a relatively inexpensive fast food place? We'll be visiting all 4 parks so I could use ideas from each park. He's not really a picky eater, with the exception of tomatoes. The other boys are fine with hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, etc. and really enjoy them, so we're looking for a place that perhaps the whole family could eat.

Pretty much all the counter service places have lighter choices. I love the wraps at Pecos Bill's in MK, for instance.
At the Yakitori House in Epcot, you can get broiled meats w/steamed rice.
Tusker House in AK has a wrap, salad, etc.

There are many choices for non-fried foods. You may just want to take a look at the menus to see what is offered:

If you choose to eat at only fast food restaurants then you can find some really good food choices. But, should you decide to eat at any full service restaurants, make sure that you call ahead with your request. My son has a food intolerance and they go out of their way to meet and exceed his requirements. They made him, and us, feel like we are their only guests. Do not feel shy at all about mentioning his needs. Disney outdoes themselves to fulfill your needs. Good luck to you.

I know a lot of places offer lighter meals, and with a regular sandwich you can often get grapes instead of fries as a side.
