Don't think I'll worry about the "big announcement" until later that evening. Or the next day.

Yesterday took some Brits on a tour of Jellystone, saw all teh big critters even a bear. Little Black Bear, Kewl none the less.

We set up our computer lab tonight and then the work begins.

Kinda fun being back in the old stomping grounds. Had a nice run this morn.

My Thoughts: DCL will go where it goes, might be there might not, will see.

hello... update for Peter!
He is slowly improving. He still has his chest tube in, which is miserable and painful. But it is doing the job and they are still getting lots of fluid out. The good thing is that since he has been in longer, he is getting stronger and will probably get to come straight home instead of going to rehab. He wants his laptop tomorrrow, so I think he is feeling more like himself. He is a very lucky man!! Ok.. I am off to the neighbors, they are so nice they made me dinner tonight.. talk to you later.. I'm guessing this is the infamous Nurse Ratched??? I've never seen the movie, but from the hat (which gives me a rough time reference) and the following quotes- I'm guessing that is who she is. I should rent the movie.


I never said I was going to punish my patients Bob, just men. One is not related to the other. Don't you know I'm a total , when it comes to nursing???? Aren't all ICU nurses ? In all truth, it took a LONG time to get used to doing things to people that you know would cause them pain. I guess I have taken comfort in knowing that most critically ill patients never remember being with us and we ONLY do such things with the hopes that it will make them better. I can honestly never done anything to hurt a patient. Doesn't mean that I haven't thought about pillow therapy on a time or two.

Those geese are making lots of noise here too!!!

We got some snow here in the mountains. It looks cool at the bottom the foliage changing colors then about half way up the snow starts and continues to the top. I took a drive up to Park City to our condo because the renter was suppose to be out yesterday. NOT! The renter hopefully will be out TODAY so I can go back to nightly rentals by the end of the month!!!!

I am waiting for the carpet dude to show up, should be here any time now - or might not be for a couple of hours (8-10am time frame).

They are forecasting snow for here next weekend! I am sure the mountains have gotten snow, but they are not as visible as they were in Jackson, and I do not think to look at them.

We have had some Canadian Geese here also, there is a big field we pass on our walks that they like.
