Was looking at the in room gift list. i shows you can get the souvenir ship on the dream and fantasy. Does anyone know if these are still available on the wonder and magic still?

The ship models are very poor quality when compared to the asking price

They had them on the Wonder in January. I got mine about 12-13 years ago and it is nice quality. They have them on the Disneyshopping site for the Fantasy. It says look out for tMagic/Wonder ones in the description so maybe you can order them online.

I have one from years ago that i had signed by the captain. Want to get one from each ship though as i do cruises.

Yes they were on the Fantasy last week. Had really wanted one for the last three years. Was $34.95 but of such poor quality I passed. I am a model builder and the "workmanship" on it was beyond atrocious. A drunk monkey could have painted it better. Paint marks were so far out of where they should have been it wasn't even funny. Would suggest you pass on getting one.

I have one that I had signed by a captain too. I think they kept them generic for each class of ship so the Magic and Wonder is the same as is the Dream and Fantasy, unless they have updated them with the changes to the ships.

Ill have to make that decision when we actually cruise. going to be a couple years yet. To me they don't have to be high quality but need to at least resemble the ship for the most part.

shipmodel.JPG shipmodelpoly.JPG I also got one signed by the Captain many years ago. I have not looked at any close up in awhile so I can't comment on the current quality of them.

Here's mine:

And the one I really want (the big models in all the WDW resort lobbys

It will resemble the ship but the detail painting is attrocious to the point of detracting from the whole thing. Like I said before, I badly wanted one for three years after leaving the ship the first time. When I went back to the gift shop last week on the cruise, I was all excited for it. But what they had on display would in no way wind up on my desk, it was that horrible of a paint job.

My husband has both the Wonder (2015) and the Magic (2017) and I am sure will buy the Dream when we go in 2018. My Wonder and Magic ones are different since the Magic had gone through dry dock so the ship model has the AquaDunk. The paint jobs on ours are fine.
