My brother asked me to help him book 8 one way flights over the course of 2 weeks when his son comes for a visit next month. It was crazy logistics, coming and going out of 4 different airports, coordinating flights to meet up with grandparents during their layover at ATL to do a child swap, etc. My beloved Southwest does not fly into 3 of the 4 airports he needed so I booked everything on AirTran, although I've never flown with them before. So, (hold on -- here comes the irony), he asked me to book everything so he wouldn't mess it up. 
$1600 later I thought he was all set, and I'm looking at the confirmations and realized I had accidentally put my nephew on the wrong flight on one of the legs!!! I jumped on the phone to Air Tran to get it corrected, and they charged me $50 to make the change!!! Southwest would never treat me so poorly!
