Only posted once before here, but wish I had more! You seem like a great group!
Just wanted to share 38 lbs have been left on "the beach" (so far). Hoping for 60 by October, but will settle for 50 right now. Ultimate goal 100 lbs.
Family went to Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom this past weekend and boy did it feel good not to ask for a seat belt expander
That's one goal down! Yippee!!
Best of luck folks.

Yesterday, I put on a pair of size 10 jeans that I hadn't been able to fit into for 2 years. I only have one problem, though I did lose a substantial amount of weight in the first two weeks, I barely exercised at all. I think I walked only twice, both weeks combined. I work during the day, usually 7 am to 3 pm as a waitress and I am always pooped when I get home. My feet are always really tired. Does anyone have any suggestions? And getting up any earlier is not an option.
It is exciting to see the weight coming off isn't it. I know you are thrilled.

Well, that's a question that only you can answer. Lisa and I have found success with the firm. Other's may do walking, or jogging. Some may try weight training. I think that as long as you get moving doing somethin, anything for at least 20-30 minutes 3 to 5 days a week, then you will see results.
I'm always motivated when I see others being successful on SBD.
