Love it! I follow Kurt Sutter on Twitter. He posts video updates on writing & production of the episodes. Also had some choice words for not being nominated for Emmys, lol!

That's because all of last season focused on trying to get his wife an emmy. Hopefully this season won't be so Gemma-centric. Didn't get to watch last night (past my bedtime), but it is on the DVR waiting for me later today.

It was a good start to the new season. Except for the "I promise to ride you like my Harley" weddng vows. That made me laugh so hard I almost missed the next scene.

Love Jax's new short hair cut. The long, dirty mess it was last year was just too much. Seemed dirtier last year, then the 1st 2 seasons.

I miss Juice's tattooed head. He just doesn't look right with a full head of hair.

I thought the episode was very well done. And the season preview snip-it....OH YEA....it's gonna be a good season.

Let's see how many caught it. SOA has done it again. There were two actors introduced on the 1st episode that were previously on other F/X shows. There is an actor who was shown slightly in the 2nd season, but joined the cast a lot more in the 3rd season from an F/X show. And finally from the 1st season, there was a 4th actor from an F/X show. Let's see who loves F/X shows. Can you name them and the show they come from?

We personally love it every time we see one of the actors from a past show recast on a new F/X show. Justified has a couple of recast actors as well.

That would be one Kenny Johnson aka Lem from The Shield. Now playing Kozik on SOA.

Can't wait. This season looks like it's really going to get bloody. The parallels to The Shield are interesting and I'm wondering if it will take the same dark turn.

Just saw a clip of an interview and "Jax" was speaking with his real accent. It certainly doesn't fit with the Jax persona... LOL

Tara found the letter from JT that Maureen put in Jax's pack before Jax found them. One thing he said in them is that if anything happens to him, it will be at the hands of Gemma and Clay.

Last season, before Jax and them left Ireland, Maureen gave Jax all the letters that his dad - John - had written to her about the issues within SOA, when he return to the states. In the one letter, it points blame towards Jemma and Clay should anything happen to him. These letters are what Tara had out and reading at the beginning of the 1 show. Jemma only found the note - Able took it and drew on it - that Maureen put with the letters before tucking them into Jax's pack, so Jemma is only guessing - and guessing correctly - that the letters don't paint a flattering picture of how the club was and the relationship that she and Clay were in when John returned.

As far as Tara leaning on Jemma, as Clay's wife, Jemma is the "head" of the ol' ladies of the club. They defer to her. So, while Jax is trying to get out, Tara will have to play nice with Jemma. So while Tara doesn't always like and agree with what Jemma does or says, she does have love for Jemma as Jax's mom and grandma to the boys. Jemma pretty much made it clear last season, that she would do anything for Able - and you would have to assume the same goes for Thomas now that he is here.

This season is going to rule! I loved last nights episode, between the Cartel saving Jax and Opie to Tara announcing to the club that her and Jax are engaged, so good!

DH and I are big SOA fans! I think we liked the second season best but so far this one is gooooood!!! I like the new characters too!! We love Tuesday nights at our house!! It will be real interesting how things will play out between Clay, Tig, and Bobby too.
