lori - i did recall you staying @ AK ; ps the clown pool @ night is not lit so as to be intimidating lol...although they could do wonders with it if they tried...thinking scary part in pinochio when they turn into donkeys/island of lost boys? We added-on there, sight unseen (as we did for WL-talk about blind faith; figured anything would beat theAll Star experience with cheerleading & twirling groups over presidents day weekend) for the lower point value - discovered the BW area is fun indeedy. Funny, the 1st thing DH said when i told him we were going to try to visit AK was...that's probably further away from the MK than SSR . We tend to have a rental anyway, unless the park is a boatride away (as his beloved WL is it's probably a mute point, just seems to be an issue to me). If they didn't pack the peeps in so tight @ the values during prime time, we'd still be regulars - just couldn't take the throngs. There's a formula they use on cruise ships to determine enjoyable visits as to # of guests per public space areas...jennifer's our # gal; pet she knows how it works.

PS - toss me the email link for the $70 aquatica/SW tix if it's still good for end of Oct please ; how cool does the water slides look thru dolphin area (thinking Atlantis/Nassua - which we haven't tried)

Morning folks. I feel like crap with crap topping and crap on the side. Gonna call the doctor's office in a little while and see if they can fit us in. Brad woke up whining that he isn't feeling well and that he felt cold during the night last night. I said something to the effect of "I'm pretty sure that I should care, but it would require more energy than I have at the moment."

It's gonna be a LOOOONG day.

Ok here are the photos I took . They are of the room with the stuff still in it. Right now we have nothing but the bed and the TV stand in there . We are getting to the paint today when it is done I will take more photos. Please excuse the MESS it is really . To look at . Our house is really this week.






Other then that we are all very tired and getting a little crazy here . The kids are home all week and well they are BOARD . The oldest DD has school on Wed, thurs and Fri so that will keep her busy but the other two are a little crazy with nothing much going on here.

Anyone else scrapbook here ? I was looking at the cricut machine and it is almost $400 . I was wondering if it is really worht it ? Seems that i might just as well wait there is too much $$$ going out as it is this year . Maybe a good Chriastmas gift.


We went to WDW last summer . As we only go in the summer . Anyway we LOVED the new All Star Music Family Suites . A great room for anyone with a big family. They sleep 6 . We only stayed at the port orleans before that but if anyone wants a really BIG room with a nice kitchenette and TWO FULL BATHROOMS that is the way to go . We looked into AKL and BC/YC but for the rooms and the price the suite was better. Either way we still had to take the bus .

Gotta run mommy is needed for something upstairs and well this is my 5 min of rest time today . I hope not to be too tired later maybe i can get back to the and say HI again .

I really knew nothing about any of the health stuff either until the last year. We ate terribly, still don't do a great job but I am working on it. It is amazing what you can find out when you really care. Makes me sick to be putting medications into my children, especially knowing that a large portion of the ingredients in our medications comes from China. But you have to do what you have to until you find the alternatives that work. Hopefully I will be able to get Mikey off his asthma medications totally. Then maybe I can find a way to help CBean too.

Well I better go to bed. I have Madie tonight and have to take her to the doctor tomorrow. She is sick again! Daycares! Wish Miranda would just move out here and let Madie stay with me.

It's a shame so many kids are sick a lot....constant ear infections, asthma, etc.... What is changing? You didn't hear of this stuff when we was little? I don't get it..... It's a shame kids have to "live" with the things they have.....

Got through to the doctor's office. With my regular doc on his tour of duty, Dr Broomstick is slammed. They wouldn't even consider working us in today. The boys have an 11:30am appointment tomorrow. I'll just have to deal with it because by then any flu meds they could give me would be past that magical "48 hours from the first signs" window... so screw it. I'll just feel like crap with crap sprinkles (I knew I missed something, thanks Janet) and hope the mummy dust (thanks Barb) takes effect soon.

I'm off to drag myself very slowly down the stair to do more laundry. The laundry! Horrors upon horrors! How can there be so much? How??? I had everything, and I mean everything, clean when we left! I wouldn't worry about it, but the boys are running out of things that fit... and our stuff that we wore to the races are a little *ahem* ripe.
