Somehow logged in during site maintenance, all my points gone

Wow it’s amazing that you can migrate from one system to another and just discard the old one before knowing if the new one actually works as intended. One would have thought that they would have shut down the old system and kept it for at least 3 months to ensure proper transition.
No rollback plan or backup!? INSANE!
 
I called and they said that they had no ETA because the migration did not work out as they had hoped and the old system “doesn't exist anymore”. So, it’s a fool’s errand to try to guess when they will be able to gather up all of the missing data and attributes from the old system and feed them into the new migrated system.
OMG!!!!!!! Wut. Having worked in tech, I'm amazed this is how they rolled this out.

I guess Disney originally have been offered two options one to keep the old system and one to not.

I guess they took the cheapest one - which now is not so cheap afterall 8-)
 

Looks like the contracts with zero balances are (mostly) back on the dashboard.

I can see them all for all years, and both use years, including those with zero balance. Exceptions - missing two zero balance contracts in my March 2026 UY, but a 3rd zero-balance one is showing (maybe because that one got to zero balance by borrowing to 2025). They do all show as all used up for the 2025 UY.

Website speed also seems back to prior experience.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem like DVC's getting a handle on it all yet. I am now seeing all years and points on the dashboard but discovered something yesterday when I wanted to book something and the system (both online and for CM's) isn't recognizing a contract's home resort. They finally borrowed points from a different contract (same home) and sent it to IT for fixing. I have both banked and current points to use in the contract that isn't being recognized.
 
I hold so many reservations across so many contracts. I dont do the best job of keeping track, Im nervous. I may ask if they can give me an easy to read breakdown of my transactions to be sure they aren't taking more points from me than they should. This makes future planning right now so hard too Rather annoying

MS has “lost” 18 of our GCV points in the same membership for some reason, but I guess that is a new and exciting issue!
Do you keep good track of your reservations and whats has been used on what?

Glad to hear that you can modify.

How do you know that they are lost? I mean how do you track that they are lost?
