I tried finding the answers, but couldn't. Sorry if they've been asked before.

I'm an Insiders member. My DH is not. I have a reservation in my name, for which I've used a coupon and the Insiders ID#. I want to add my DH as a 2nd driver. I've tried...and tried..and tried...and gave up, because I couldn't get the system/website to save his driver's license info. What am I doing wrong? Does HE also need to be an Insider Member? I'd like to have the info already on the ressie to make things go a little faster when we get there.

We will have my 88 yo mother with us, and it'd be nicer if DH could wait with her while I retrieve the car. Does he need to be WITH me when I exit the garage in order for him to be a 2nd driver? I did read that if I add him AT THE EXIT, I can't have JUST his D/L, he needs to be present. If I manage to get his info put on my ressie ahead of time, does he still need to be present at the exit?

I do know about going to the kiosk with my ressie. I've done that before, but it was in Tampa, and that went well. DH wasn't with me for that trip.

Thanks!

You might be able to use the "save time" feature to add him, but, regardless of what method you use, he will have to be with you when you add him to the contract. The best way to do this is at the counter. If you chose the kiosk, he will have to be with you when you exit the garage, if you add him at the exit, he will have to be with you. If you manage to use "save time", he will have to be with you. They have to verify the license. Also, you cannot drive on the lower level of the airport, so, your husband and mother would have to go to the second floor of the airport and wait in the pax pickup/arriving flights level. You can get a wheelchair for your mother from the airline and that would make your life significantly easier getting from the deplaning area to the terminal and then to the garage.

Thank you!

I always do the wheelchair thing. :thumbsup2 And I've done the "loop back around the airport" to pick her up at Bag Claim. I just wasn't sure about adding DH and him having to be WITH me.

Now I know!:goodvibes
