Sofa bed - are you a make-upper or leave-outer ;)

Next month will be my first stay at a DVC resort as a member. Stayed at OKW as a paying guest in studios twice before, but thosed didn't have sofa beds.

So, the stay in May will be in a value studio at AKV, don't know yet if I will fold up each day. After getting out of bed, I want to air it for at least half an hour. So after showering, I will either just tidy it up, but leave it out and leave and if necessary fold it up in the evening if we need the sofa before going to sleep.

Of if I think it has aired out enough in the morning, I probably would fold it up right then.

Probably also depends, on how hard or complicated it is to do.

This poll made me laugh. I didn't realize how much I really needed to fold up the sofabed (which we almost always use) until the last trip with some friends. They had their own 1BR, and when I knocked on their door in the afternoon, I saw their sofabed open and was seized by a desire to go and fold it up! I controlled myself, but I think we'll just meet at our room next time.

Folding it up may be the only way I can get my 16 yr old out of it in the morning.

Of course, you could always fold the 16 Year Old into it!!

We fold. I like to walk into my room having it look exactly like it did when we checked in. It makes me happy

That's me!! I should put a sign on my front door with a disclaimer "My other home is a DVC Villa" for all those that dont like a mess

Some of the sleeper sofas have a pocket where the blanket and pillows are stored.

We use it daily for the kids, but fold it up during the daytime so we can sit.
We do a lot of studio stays to stretch our points.

Last time we used one, I made it up to tidy up.

It depends on what are our plans for the day. If you are going to be gone all day and not back until bedtime we just leave it. If you plan on being in the room for part of the day it gets put away.
