I'm new to the boards and if what I'm about to say in inappropriate than I apologize but I just can't believe the sense of entitlement people have, especially when at Disney.
Everyone who goes there wants to have a great time. Everyone has paid a decent amount of money. Disney more than anyone wants us to have a good time so that we come back again and again. The money that we spend there does not entitle us to answers that are not our business to begin with and to free stuff because we may be temporarily inconvenienced or slightly dissappointed.
If a CM needs to evacuate a ride or park or anything there is obviously a good reason and all we as guests need to know and do is follow the directions of the CM. No explanation needed. They are in charge and we need to listen and follow directions. To me, I'd rather miss a ride I was looking forward to than be the person whose family member had a medical emergency. Yes, rides may break down, things might happen but in the big scheme of things, if that's our biggest dissapointment than shouldn't we just consider ourselves quite lucky that that is the only disspointment we have and let that be the extra something we get?
