So who's planning for a Sept stay at AKV?

The wheels are already turning in my brain to figure out a way to be one of the first to stay at AKV in September. I'm not even so concerned about which room type I get. Anyone else making plans to go there right around opening?

Akv members will be able to make a reservation in April. Non akv members will be able to make a reservation in May.

We have a trip planed 12-23 to 12-28 (BW)and I would like to add one more day at either end of the trip, to see what AK is like prior to buying.

My guide told me today that the rooms would not be ready until October. Booking starts April 7th for AKV members.

We are already going in Oct 30 thru Nov 3 and Dec 27 thru Jan 2. Not sure when we will make our first reservation.

I might try to either add a day in Novermber or cancel a day and adding AKV.

Would love to be there for our Sept 19-26 trip but DH wants to be at SSR for the proximity to DTD since rest of group is staying at All Star Movies and it will be easier to get together that way. Maybe I can get him to agree to a couple of nights there but since he really hates changing resorts am not going to hold my breath. Guess I'll have to plan another trip for some other time frame.

I'm planning to call April 4th to reserve a room Sept 25. Have a reservation for a week at V WL, but am going to try out the concierge 1 bedroom first. My guide has all my info and will process it first thing Thursday morning!
