So where is the Disney Dream at the moment?

I'm sure hoping they have it recorded somewhere as I missed the live feed and would really love to see it! Have seen a couple of youtube videos which are awesome!! Thanks for posting those links!!!

Link does not work (the thumbs up comes over with it... need a space!)

A smaller line is thrown to the dock person, when they have that. several people will haul the line, to the Ballard. :thumbsup2

My DH watched the docking at Castaway Cay in November, and he said they actually shot the smaller lines out to the dock, probably using some type of compressed air as propellant. You could hear the "whump" as the lines shot out.

Hey - I should have known you'd be scheduled for the inaugural cruise of the Dream. :thumbsup2

I'm sorry we didn't get to meet up on our November 4th cruise. Hopefully we'll be cruising together some time in the future. Our next cruise isn't until December 11, 2011 on the Dream.

If anyone is watching live, I see her coming in - or at least some ship!

It was just a small light a few minutes ago, now definitely a ship!

According to the marine tracking website, she's still about 30 miles out.

Now that it's daylight, I can see what I was looking at - tug boat with a smaller ship way at the end of the channel. Then the feed disappeared. I had seen another poster say she was due anytime between 2 and 6, an it was about 2:30 there> :goodvibes

Yikes! It's 23 degrees here right now. Brrrrr! That's pretty cold for us. We hardly ever get snow at my elevation. Where are you headed?

I can't wait for the warm sands of Castaway Cay! Only eight more months! :rotfl:

Flying in to PDX, then headed to good ole Estacada.

From the above-mentioned article...
Port Canaveral CEO Stan Payne said the Brevard County seaport has similarly high expectations.

"We have continued to get calls, 'When's the ship coming? When's the ship coming?' Well, now it's here," Payne said.

Seriously? Do these people not know about the DIS??? We've known her every move for how long now? :rotfl2:

Haha I've known ever since the Ems Conveyance.
