In NJ you aren't given any notice because it has no effect on you. Contact your CSE individual and ask them if there is a warrant for his arrest. If not, ask them why not? He is violating a court order by not paying. There should be a warrant and you should insist on it. You shouldn't need a lawyer for this.I don't think there is a warrant out for his arrest, or if there is one, then it is in the previous state he was living in. But I wasn't given any notice that a warrant was issued.
