So, I figure out today that DH bought us annual passes last week for a family Christmas present (how I found out is another matter, lol). This is AFTER I told him about the DVC discount, but he claims not to remember me telling him. Anyways, of course he paid full price because the discount doesn't come into effect till next week. What are our options? Obviously we can't return them. Should we upgrade to PAP to "get our money's worth"?

I apologize if I sound ungrateful - I am SO grateful that we're able to go to WDW as much as we do, and for the fact that we're DVC owners. I just wish he'd actually listen to what I'm saying!! LOL!

Men only hear every 6th to 8th word we say. So all he heard was, Buy Anual Passes. Wait till Jan to Buy because as of the 5th of January, passes will be discounted big time and we can afford AP's
Glad we didn't buy them now.

Just think - for only a few dollars more (when you arrive), your family can enjoy unlimited use of the waterworks, PI and Disney Quest along with the parks. Now that's a present! Give him a big hug and make him feel good for wanting to give you all such a great present.

Since I do all the Disney planning, my husband wouldn't even know where to go to purchase an annual pass. (There are no Disney stores near us). I say to upgrade to PAP since it is not much difference in $.

Oh so funny!! Yeah, he doesn't remember me telling him about the discount at all, though I distinctly remember telling him - but that's the way it goes, I guess So this year we will definitely be doing more water parks and DQ!
