It's official, I did it - 120 SSR Dec UY add on!!!

Hi...It was an easy decision for my husband and I to make. ...
Our use year is June, so we get 120 points for 2004, 120 points for 2005 and the one time incentive of 100 points. The 2004 points are available to us right away, but only 80 points are bankable, and 40 points a use or lose by June 2005. We'll use them this May.

Its for people that are already owners. If you purchase an add-on at SSR of 120 points or more, you get 100 points (one time shot) at your original home, a reduction in cost if you take only 2005 points and there are no dues on 2005-2006 years. I think the going rate if you dont take 2004 points is $87 a point.

No dues on 2004 points. Get a certificate to sign and send back to get credit from DVD for the 2005 dues.

I guess the marketing worked on everyone. I cant really see the craze for this deal. Of course its a great deal IF you were considering adding on in the first place. Other than that its ok

I'd greatly appreciate a post of a .pdf scan (or other medium) with the full details of the offer. We live in Nebraska and DVD is not allowed to market directly here due to state Real Estate regulations. However, if one of you all share what you have, that's perfectly legal! We're making a trip home to BWV in May and if the incentive is still running, might do a face-to-face transaction. I hate making financial decisions in that kind of new-car showroom environment. Does anyone know when this one expires? Having stayed at SSR I am tempted... I loved it, but I am clsoing on a new house April 15 and am hesitant to w/d that type of cash right now. LOL!
