Yes however it was a long 24 hour wait. Didn't get confirmation till the next day while I had the other reservations completed an hour after the phone lines opened. The agent didn't do anything wrong, it just could have turned out badly for us if we were number 192 on her list of clients to attend to. When we have the reservation we are number 1 on the list and I can contact myself very quickly and get a response right away, LoL.

The one time I did use a travel agent, it was for the purpose of grabbing free dining for me. I understand that she probably had to apply the promotions to many others' reservations before she got to ours, but we ended up having to upgrade our room 2 or 3 tiers once she got to our reservation, and she added the water park and more hopper (which is the more expensive park hopper). She gave us the impression that was the only way we could get the free dining, and didn't bother to tell us that we could save a little more if we just did the park hopper add on. She didn't reserve our fast passes at all, and the dining reservations she made for us were for 9 pm at night or other weird times. Because we were first timers, we had no idea we could modify the reservations ourselves.

Our next trip, I just booked everything myself, and I was much happier with the results!
