I'm just happy that as of tomorrow it will be LESS than a year away!!!
I can't wait to get rid of that pesky word "year" in my ticker and start counting down by months!!!​

ha!!! Thanks Kim!! Yeah...the word "year" in a ticker is a little bit disheartening...why don't they just say 13 months?
Well, I will be taking my little Kipper into the dr today....hoping its NOT strep...he said his throat was hurting worse as the day/night wore on...neither of us slept well last night. BUT...with my meds(and maybe this water I amguzzling), I have lost 2#s,...so this sickness did have a benefit But dang.....will it help me to lose the next 8?
Today is busy for me...Ballet and Drs appt this morning, guitar for boys (which I am sure one boy one attend!), then Twirling this afternoon...Plus, I absolutely HAVE to go get groc today--I was low on Mon then with this sickness we are scraping the barrell!!
Also, we are 9 days away, so I have GOT to tend to some Disney stuff today and just start organizing and make final purchases...like the little 2 want disposable cameras, I need more childrens and adult Tylenol...little stuff like that... It's just that today is the first day I feel that I have some energy...I am just praying for health around here...doesn't matter what week I pick for Disney, I have dealt with this EVERY year...we are all sick the week before!! At least we are better when we get there, but geez...stressor for sure!!!! Okie dokie birdies! Gotta fly...much to do!
Oh...Mike is giong to put up the lights this weekend--the rain has stopped and it's suppose to be sunny and cool---now I just need to find some new ones that I like..I am tired of these and we keep replacing bulbs. I think I might get the new LCD kind I saw at Target last year...that's what I bought to go on my little Ficas tree--it puts out a diff little glow, but it's proclaiming to use less energy--cheaper on the light bill is a plus for me!!!

Two days to go and I have a sore throat. It started coming on last night. I got some Zicam this morning and am hoping for the best.

Hey girl! Just got him to the Dr this a.m.--STREP!! he's never had it ...Gracie has never had it,so I am wondering if she will catch it....Saylor had hit in the 2nd grade, but only him...no one else caught it. so maybe he will be immune!
Geez...thank the Good Lord it's this week and not next!! I hope you get better!! Take come Vit C and echinacea pills!!!

Shawna & Shelly- I you ladies feel better soon! Once you're on medication, strep goes away rather quickly (I had strep every single year as a kid).

Kim- How exciting that you leave one year from today! At least you have a trip planned, which is more that I can say.

You guys are so close to your trip now!! I'm not quite at 365 days but it won't be long. We have about 387 to go! It's a good thing! I'm still trying to grow my Disney fund.

Life has gotten busy around here again. Lots of parties going on. DH's graduation party is tomorrow and Chase is celebrating his 1st birthday next Saturday!! I can't believe it. He just started walking last night. Where has this year gone?

We've got Disney on the brain at our house. Here's our pumpkin for this year...

And then this morning Em finds a hidden Mickey in her cereal!!!

I think it's a sign that we need to go back ASAP. If only I could make DH and our bank account see it my way.

We were going to do grocery delivery for diapers, but logan changed his mind so now i have to figure out how to pack them....eeek!

Good luck trying to pack the diapers! I suggest taking them out of the package and fitting them in where you can. Also carry on a whole bunch of them!

Well, the laundry is done and the house is clean. The kids will be home shortly and we will try to cram a whole week's worth of school work into one evening. Wish us luck!

Well...Gracie woke up with a sore throat and that sicky smell in her throat!!!!! YUCK!!!! So...we went on in...the strep culture read neg...but he gave me antib anyway...she does have a red throat and I can tell she's sick...she was alll weeepy yesterday and today she is on the verge of being hysterical. She always gets like this right when she is coming down with something....weird....
Started working on toilety and snack bags this morning....got a list going..hopefully for travel stuff I only have to hit Walmart or Target one more time.
Kipper is better today! Still hurtin and a bit of fever, but not like he was yesterday!!
Hope you all have a great weekend~ I got out my christmas lights last night...Mike is gonna hang them up this weekend,so when we get home...just flick 'em on!!!!!!
