Tim has decided that he wants to come in January (shocking to all of us) but now it might be a December trip as Daniel was invited to go to Jackson Hole WY skiing the first week of January. We are thinking Dec 15-20... has anyone ever been that close to Christmas? I know its not Christmas week - I would not be that crazy... am hoping for free dining and low crowds

The latest we have been was with our departure day being the 18th...we were only going to run to EPCOT or something that morning before the ME came to pick us up Forget it...the monorail lines were incredibly long and the bus lines were ridiculous...we just went back and hung out at the resort....But, my kids were very small then & I didn't want to hustle through crowds like that with them for just a few hours....If you were leaving for the parks very early in the morning, and being prepared for it I would say it would work...it shocked us because the weekdays had been so great!!

well heck... I missed by 4 month mark yesterday!! But, I was super busy, so that is a good excuse I guess...we had our first showing of our house yesterday, and one again in a little bit...we started back to school! Homeschool for dd who is in 5th grade this year...and part-time hs for ds who is a Freshman this year-the other parts (Math and Science ) he will start at our private school in mid-August...where my oldest will be a Senior!! CRAZY!!!!
But, this marked my 10th year as a homeschooling mamma!! I can't believe how fast this has went by...my middle son was beginning Kindergarten when we started and now he is a Freshman and ds17 is on his way out....Bittersweet!! We will probably be going sometime next week to look at a few colleges...He has seen a few, but nothing is settled~of course, he loves A&M, but mercy the tuition is unreal!!
in other news..we have had some FABULOUS summer storms the last two days~it's pouring down as I type!! I love love love a summer storm..complete with rolling thunder and lots of flashes of lightning...it is such a great thing to NOT have to water your yard! LOL...also, it brings our humidity down to a doable level....
We are swimming when it's not so hot that you can't draw breath, trying to catch new movies as they come out...and just enjoy the summer ...I have a bday coming and am inching closer to the end of my 30s....YIKES!! I can't believe I am getting older~doesn't that happen to other people?
So, what is going on with all of you...

Hey girls!! What's going on with everybody? Just hanging out and trying to stay cool down here! It is getting hotter as the week goes by....we had lots of days with rain to help with temps, but that is past for the next few days...and we can feel it!!
Hope you are all having a wonderful summer...my ticker is in the 3s~I am ready to be there, but I have sooooo much to do between now and then that it is helping me pass the time. I won't get really motivated about it until after September...I have a couple of clients going before me so it's helping me with my Disney fix!!

What's up Sbowbirds??? It's so quiet in here lately. Hopefully that means everyone is out enjoying their summer!! At the end of this week we will have 7 weeks down and 5 to go of summer break. It's going way too fast.

But, only 3 weeks until the beach and Disney!! We got chosen to participate in the MagicBand and FP+ test run in August. Should be interesting!!

If I'm allowed - here is what it is: I'm hosting (Full disclosure - I'm the consultant too) a Pampered Chef online only show. It runs through the end of July. I booked our December trip yesterday.... Dec 15-21.... looking forward to being there right before the holidays! My sister in law, norther in law and their two children (ages 13 and 9) might join us... they have never been to Disney! I hope they can come!

Hello chickadees~I just realized last night that I wasn't getting any notifications!!! not sure why....
anyhoo~just applied the fall room discount to a package for a friend of mine and she saved almost $1100 We are pumped!! Have a couple who want me to help them decide what when and where~she has never been but he has~and they want to go end of Oct or first part of Nov..I am trying to light a fire under her to get the ball rolling...don't think they realize the impact the offers will have on the selections at the dining places. Oh well, what can you do?!! LOL!
My boys go back to school next week....they are ready and excited...Freshman and Senior...and dd is 5th grade and we are already into week 4 for her!!!
We are close to our 100/99 day mark...and Shelly is about to take off!!
How is summer going for everyone? This week has been pretty dang hot
