We're back too ! We arrived home yesterday afternoon to freshly laden snow
There is alot to report on, as you know I am NOT a great TR. I think it's the ease of uploading photos etc. So I may attempt a mini TR with no pics ?
I like reporting what we did and our thoughts...

I loved CBR !
The Basic Dining Plan was too much food for me this time - how did we ever do Deluxe?
We had our first visit to WDW original hospital - details on that later.
The Magical Memories show, is certainly one of the best immagineering feats of all time! Absolutely a must do, if never done... ladies please make time for this on future trips if still operating.
And you will NEVER guess my favorite TS meal of the trip!!! It even surprised me.

Kim - love the new washer dryer - I don;t even want to think about laundry right now.

Jenny - I did not see any disers on this trip, sorry to hear the little one yakked

For those of you thinking about ADRs, I will post where we ate and provide feedback if you'd like.

I crossed alot off my WDW "bucket list".... now I think I need a vacation....

I saw a video of the Magical Memories show and even on the computer it looked astounding. I can't imagine how wonderful it must be in person! Hope it's still running in October!

Welcome back, Snowbirds!! Sounds like you both have interesting stories to tell! Can't wait to hear all about them.

Thank to those of you that sent your hugs and kind words following Rylan's surgery. I am amazed bynhow resilient kids are. His doctor cleared him to play soccer today. He didn't play a lot but he was out there like the whole thing never happened. So glad for that!

On another note, it's a good thing DH and I have over a year to decide what to do for our anniversary because he keeps changing his mind LOL Now he thinks he'd like to take a cruise on the Dream. I hope he doesn't change his mind!

Between barfing and hospital visits, it sounds like there was way way to much "interesting" stuff going on.


Welp, we're in line for 7-12 or so inches of snow, starting tomorrow. Jeremy and I are trying to remember the last time we got that much snow at one time. And wondering if the U will insist that we all try and kill ourselves getting to work on Wednesday.

But, mostly? We're SO grateful that it's starting tomorrow and ending on Wednesday. We fly to Disney on Friday! (I guess I've never been more relieved for an early week snow - don't get in the way of MY Disney!)

Sarah, good luck with that snow. We get some today, then Wednesday/Thursday possibility of a ton. By that I mean, it's supposed to stay south, however if it moves at all we'll get dumped on. So since it's snow, I'm sure we'll get it....

I'm on day 2 of a headache. Today is better than yesterday. Trying to work with a headache when 2 people call in ( and naturally we don't try to find anyone else that can work either...) I was nauseous all day....

So today I sit here sifting through them all

I have not even looked at my photos, there are over 2000 this trip. But I would like to do a TR (without pictures)... how boring... however there is alot to tell and I want to share our experiences with you all.

TOns of emails and voice mails to go thru, but, as much as I adore my family, can't say I'm not glad to be NOT trapped in the house with them today. We're expecting 1/2 to 1 inch of ICE, followed by anywehre from 3-12 inches of snow. They even mentioned thunder-sleet. That can't be good!!!

I'll also do a very mini-PTR but without pics. andy uploaded them all, but I'm photobucket-challenged!

Is it bad that I'm already planning my dining for next trip??

I had to laugh...photobucket challenged- That is me too! I dislike the whole photobucket experience to get my pictures uploaded and available to share. We're expecting the BIG storm as well. Honestly I'd rather be at home curled up in bed... I am so tired from this trip... I think my relaxed pace got very relaxed... It was so nice to say " wherever you want!" when I was asked " So where are we eating?"... this trip was definitely NOT commando ! But the flight times killed me, and I woke up earlier than I do at home I need sleep !

Hi there everyone! We're expected to get 10-14 inches of snow by Wednesday evening. The snow is going to start tomorrow and just keep coming through Wed. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a snow day on Wednesday!!

We are expecting more nasty weather here, too. Ours looks to be ice on top of snow. I'd much rather have 14" of snow over ice.

Stay warm and safe everyone! I'm SOOOOO done with winter. We are expecting a quarter inch or more of ice which I worry about. Snow I can handle- ice is not as much fun. I'm hoping we don't lose power. Since we live in the woods, it's always a concern. Jason got some gas for the generator just in case. At least we'll have heat in a room or two and the well pump will work so we can have water, cold water but better than no water.

Mindy- SO happy Ry is back to his old self! It is amazing how quickly they bounce back. Dream! I like the way your DH thinks! Hope he doesn't change his mind on that one!

Sarah- I'm so jealous that you're flying out of all this winter weather and heading to FL 4 days!!!!

Red- Hope your feeling better soon.

Hi birdies! Welcome back Jenny and Joanne!! I'm anxious to hear about these trips - pictures or not!!

I'm going to be a bit swamped the next few days at work - cuts into my DIS time!! Way too much going on all around. Plus I have a cold and really should get to bed earlier.

Trying to get ready for Girl Scout cookie sales, a scrapbooking weekend, and a Disney trip is a lot to do all at once with a FT job!!! Too bad I need that money for the Disney trip!!

So I'll try to keep up with everyone! I may be reading more than posting.

We got a few inches of snow today - it's been snowing for almost 24 hours - just not very heavy. It was worse to our south. We're running out of room to pile it up on the sides of the driveway - I think it's higher than me! (not that I'm tall but...) We actually got to 32 on Friday - we could see the surface of our driveway. For two days. That was fun while it lasted.
