Sniffff Is that Soarin I smell? Bath and Body Works new candle

There is also a candle from "Mary's Candles" called Cinnamon Creme Brulee, it literally smells EXACTLY like the smell you get when walking down Main Street in the Magic Kingdom. You HAVE to try it, it actually makes me cry when I light it & it fills my house, truly magic !!!!!

This is a little off the subject if Soarin but on the same lines...

My DD and I think that diet cherry limeaid from sonic tastes like Pirates of the Caribbean smells. Right at the first taste.

There's another candle that my veterinarian sells that has that "Disney clean" smell...I will see if I can find out the brand.

Cool, I just had a strawberry-limeade yesterday but may have to try the cherry one next time!
Sometimes, where I work, there will be chemical products they will be disposing of. Not long ago I walked by and I knew the scent right away was just like POC! I felt silly mentioning it but when I asked a co-worker what that smelled like to them, they also said POC!

Thats amazing you said that about that candle. I smelled it a couple of weeks ago and thought it smelled like soaring! Of course I bought it! My husband agreed....

Yankee Candle has had a candle for years that has a Soarin' scent. It is called Beachwalk. You can smell the scent all over the house and the candles from YC last forever. I am not a fan of the BBW candles because they are soy. When they burn they smell like vegetables and they burn up real fast. I might have to get one just to keep out with the lid off, though.

I agree, my Yankee would smoke so bad, and these don't (as long as wick isn't too high)

I think that is odd. I have been using YC for years and have never had any smoke as long as the wick is properly trimmed.

I'm going to have to go to BBW to check it out! Sadly, we won't be buying one as we vowed to go scent free (no candles, oils or air fresheners) a few years ago for health reasons.

Went over the weekend and just had to smell . Yes, it definately reminded me of Soarin'. I really do not use candles so I did not buy one. I wish they made this scent in loation or soap or even room freshner. Oh well, it had a definate smell of pine but was really so close.

Ok, something else Disney can sell - room scents that smell like their rides. If we tell them I am sure they will start selling this stuff.

we went to the mall this weekend, when in b&bw i had my 11 y/o dd smell the candle (casually, didnt want to give it away that it should smell like anything) and the first thing she said was that it smells like soarin. lol i bought one, havent burnt it yet though.

i would love if disney put out candles that smelt like rides...the apple pie in philharmagic....yum!

I went today and bought one. It smells like Soarin' in the jar, but it loses it when you burn it. Maybe you can keep it on your desk or something and not burn it.

I told the lady I wish they had it as a wallflower and she told me to contact their custoemr service and tell them that. She said if a lot of people do, they will listen.

i went last week and bought some of the summer boardwalk scents. i completely forgot to look for this one. i'll have to ask DD. i've only done Soarin' twice and was too terrified to notice smells! ha!

Had unexpected surgery and sent DH out to get this candle, you know, as a pick me up! I love it! Totally reminds me of Soarin'...that combined with my last bar of mickey soap ....I might make it The scent on the boss...I saw a thread a bit ago about Old Spice "Kamodo"...I think it was similar to the Norway pavillion...worth seeking out!

I got over to Bath and Body Works last weekend and I agree with everyone else...it does smell like Soarin'. I didn't pick one up because we don't burn too many candles at our house, but I really wish they would have done a Wallflower of that scent because we use those a LOT and I would have bought a bunch of them.

I will probably still go over and buy a candle so I can put it on the warmer instead of burning it.

I was curious and went to BBW....I pulled the lid off the jar, closed my eyes, took a big whiff and I could understand why so many people think Soarin' while filling their nasal passages with this candle. It does have a strong woodsy smell, too.

I bought one. I am burning it right now and I must tell you that it smells differently while burning. It no longer smells like Soarin', but more like the men's cologne department at Neiman Marcus.

I have to tell everyone who is thinking about getting this candle because I got the LAST one in the Madison area yesterday. The first store I went into didn't have any and neither did the first store they called for me. The other store had ONE. Apparently, it is a a limited edition!

They are available online. I believe the Paris and Beach releases are all limited edition.

HA! I thought the same thing when I burned mine...but I happen to like that overbearing men's cologne department smell too... My DH loves it... he's not a candle kinda guy.

Try putting it on a candle warmer. IMO you get more of the scent from the warmers ... and it's safer!
