We are eating there for the Fantasmic Dinner Package. I'm thinking of having the crab cakes, & the NY strip but not sure about dessert. What did you have for dessert? I'm thinking about the pistachio cheesecake.... I've heard a lot of negative things about the grapefruit cake...???

I'm eating pistachios right now The only negative I've heard about that Fantasmic package is that you sit off to the sides, the view isn't centered. I've never done it so I don't know first hand.

I know I do that to I don't remember what I had for dessert but looking at that menu I would assume it was the flourless chocolate cake

I'm eating pistachios right now The only negative I've heard about that Fantasmic package is that you sit off to the sides, the view isn't centered. I've never done it so I don't know first hand.

I've heard that about the seating, too. We aren't on a dining plan, and for something different we thought we would give it a try.

We did the package about 6yrs ago. At that time the viewing area was on the right side. We got there early and got close to the center by sitting on the left side of the viewing area. Don't know if the viewing area has changed or not.
Have you been to the theme park and attractions board here? Should be able to find the answer there.

I couldn't tell you about the food i don't remember much about it. Grandson ended up not feeling well right about the time we got to Brown Derby and he laid down in the seat not touching any of his food. We hurried up and got out of there. Ended up taking him to urgent care and he had streph throat. He didn't act or say he was sick till then.
We explained it to customer service at MGM and they gave us passes for the viewed seating a few days later after grandson was feeling better.

I pistachios but not cheesecake I wonder if they have a pic of it on the food picture thread, I think they use to have a directory to the pics in the thread, not sure if they do that anymore.

We love WDW at the holidays. Plus our anniversay is 12/19.
