Smallest Direct Contract for NON-Member

Does anyone know the current smallest contract DVC will sell to non-members?

50 points at HHI, OKW, SSR, VB. 100 points at all other DVC resorts.

That may be negotiable - a friend's sister just bought 50 points direct at Poly while at WDW last weekend.

This was an option last year (Mar 2016 timeframe) when we looked into buying DVC. They really really pushed 100, but at least at Poly they would go down to 50.

Same here. When I was speaking with a guide earlier this year he was willing to sell 50 points at Poly.

There have been a couple of posts in the recent past suggesting they were able to buy 25 retail as the initial purchase but I wouldn't count on this option.

It seems to flex at Poly, but I have not heard of anything at CCV as a master under 100.

I was offered as low as 50 for CCV a month or so ago. He said it would have to be approved by a manager. Haven't looked into it since then as we are planning to do the tour in September and then decide. We would only buy if we could get in the 60-75 range.

Non member is 50 for most resorts. If you want it, they will sell it...lol.
