If you've booked your existing reservation directly with Disney, the can take over the booking with your permission. They cannot take over booking made through another travel agency.

I have paid my deposit to CRO for my room only ressie. Is there a 1-800 # for Small World? I want to be definate before I release my ressie. Thanks!

She never returned my emails - even when a code came out for my time I emailed asking if she got it - never heard back from her, so I made my own ressie with CRO and got the code. Then it took an email to ?Sue (the owner) of SWV to get her to cancel the reservation, cause two weeks after I had emailed and made a phone call to my agent, it still wasn't cancelled. I must say that she responded immediately. I'm sure it was just the agent I had, but I will make my own ressies from now on!

My hubby agreed to a GF stay if I could find a great rate. I searched and searched, finally I decided to give them a try and WOW ~ I don't know how they did it, but I loved the rate.
I didn't know however, that they helped with dining reservations. Which agent do you use that does that?![]()
