He was a saint tonight. I had booked a lot of reservations at my 180+10 date under my name and my MIL's name. The plan was to try to be prepared for whatever itinerary tweaking would be necessary after we made our CP Dinner Package arrangement. Well, today, I booked the CP Dinner Package in the morning. Tonight, I had to call in and dump 13 ADR's booked under the two different names.
After we got through with that I had to ask for assistance in marking all of the remaining ADR's with notes on Seafood Allergies, Low Sodium, and Low Carb/Diabetic. Skip was very pleasant, knowlegable, and went the extra mile in working through all of the issues that had to be addressed. He gave me tips on phone numbers to call before our stay in order to assure that my MIL will have healthier options.
So, if you are Skip's superviser, give that man a pat on the back, he's doing a great job!
