For weeks, I've had sinus headaches which I don't pay much attention to since they aren't as bad as the migraines I get sometimes. Basically, I don't pay much attention to ANY headache that isn't a migraine. BUT, I have also had this extremely annoying feeling of a constant lump in my throat. It doesn't interfere with food swallowing but, just swallowing saliva is a constant reminder that it's there. Is this sinus related?
If it's not, I'm kinda worried. And, if it is, what can I take to minimize the feeling? I did have a sinus infection back in Feb., could this be residual from that? I just don't know and, I don't have a regular Dr. so, making an appointment would be first-time and, this doesn't seem that urgent. Just really annoying.
TIA
