Is Disney Parks making changes to it's show and parade announcements?

Yesterday Mom told me that Disney Parks are gonna make changes to their announcements before shows and parades by bringing back the "Ladies And Gentlemen" announcements but omitting the "Boys And Girls" part of them and I would like to know if anyone has heard about this? Has Disney Parks been trying to do changes to their announcements for a long time? I think these new announcements are a smart thing for Disney Parks to do and hopefully attract more audiences to their shows and parades. Also have these announcements been made in Spanish as well? Because I remember that before the parade or show would begin Disney Parks would do the announcement in English then in Spanish

This was a rumor that was apparently based on the monorail announcement using it, however I have read that the monorail never stopped using it, so I think this is just nothing at the moment. Apparently, some people care about this a LOT, but I don't think it matters much and certianly doesn't impact parade/show attendance.

She has not been to any of the parks in well over 20 years and has no clue about how crowded it is now.

Have you seen how busy the parade and fireworks can be? Neither have any issue drawing people in to watch
