I know there are coffeemakers in all the rooms, but do you get a starter pack of coffee, filter etc? If I book a 1br for 1 night will I be able to make coffee?

Do any of the resorts have shelf stable liquid creamers at their drink stations?

it's been too long for me lol

There will be one (maybe two) pack(s) of pre-filtered coffee in the room.

2 decaffienated and 2 regular coffee when you walk in.

Yes you can find liquid creamer in resort coffee shops/drink stations.

You can also buy a liquid creamer at the resort stores for easy storage in the fridge in your room.

It isn't always that. We've had only 2 regulars and no decaf recently at most resorts. Or else just one and one when we do get both types.

one is plenty. I am planning a one night stay at the end of my trip with room service breakfast with my little guy before heading to the airport. It's not a bad deal for the two of us but $6.99 for a pot of coffee... no. not gonna do that if I can make a pot in my room. Wonder if they will include a little thing of cream if I don't order coffee.

Order cereal. ;)

Otherwise there are packet creamers in the room or you can just grab a liquid creamer at Contempo.

By the way...

Coffee is NEVER a silly question.

:joker:
Lol, it is more that I am thinking of doing a 3-way split stay (lord help me) and won't be doing much eating in the room or transferring groceries. We'll do one night at BLT and maybe in a 1BR... it will be a MK and HDDR day so in the time it takes me to get from boardwalk to MK/Ft. Wilderness/BWV it might just make sense to check out and move over there for the night. I'd love to do room service breakfast... even with fees it is around $30 for both of us... without the $6.99 pot of coffee for two. But I am kind of picky about my coffee... I don't like less fat than half and half, don't mind liquid creamers, don't like powdered creamers. But I won't be moving groceries or creamers... just wondering if there is somewhere I can snitch a few of those little shelf stable cups of creamer that they sometimes have at diners and gas stations. Hell I just realized I can go to the gas station near where I work and grab a handful and stash them for that use! Lol. they won't take up much room in the luggage! I'm just being both cheap AND picky!

Air pressure changes might cause some leaks, so seal them up! I'd really just stop by the Contempo Cafe.

It WAS the practice. Yes I did noticed that my last month visit to BCV, only reg no decaff, thought of a mistake by the mousekeeping. May be a way to save more $

Just been at VGF and BWV and both locations have had a pack of regular and one decaf. That's very much been the norm for us over the years.

Both Contempo cafe and the little coffee table at Kidani had tons of little creamers out for the trip I'm just home from.

BLT studio I had two caf, AK Kidani studio I had two caf and one decaf just this week. :)

The coffee is really good. I don't do shelf stable creamers, and the in-room coffee was just to get me going so I could go to the coffee station for my refillable mug coffee, so I just drank it black, and it was very very good.

Wonder if they will include a little thing of cream if I don't order coffee.

Just snag the creamers during the previous part of your trip when you're at the drink stations.

One thing I would like to mention here is, most of the time my visit was with family and we had 2 bedroom, does that makes a difference, I don't know. But do remember having 2 of each type in 2 bedroom. Studio I had last month had only 2 reg.

Was it a dedicated or lock-off 2-bedroom? A lock-off will have double because both the studio & 1-bedoom will have it's own coffee maker and starter packs of coffee.

I always get dedicated, kids are tall so like to have bed for them not sofa bed.

It might. I also think the resort makes more of a difference.

As a follow up - after my T&T service at BWV I saw I was given 2 regular coffees instead of replacing the 1 regular and 1 decaf I had when checking in. The maid had just been finishing up so I caught up with her down the hall. She didn't have any decaf on her cart so went to get them for me. So, it may just depend on what they have on their cart too!
