I signed up for Dollar Express on Tuesday morning. I didn't realize that you had to wait for your membership number. The little blurb after I filled in all my info said to expect my membership information in 1-3 business days. It's been 3 days. Well, I haven't gotten it yet and I leave tomorrow! Should I call?
Edited: I called and a very helpful associate gave me the number over the phone and applied it to our existing reservation. She also apologized that we hadn't gotten the email. So we're all set to cruise through the car rental line tomorrow! Yay!
