Oh - about the Nutters...hello - they live in FILTH!! There is so much crap in that apartment (as there would be with 8 people living there) and it's just FOUL!!! Was Nutter on that Oprah that showcased these people from the show? (i missed it obviously)...has anyone changed there ways after seeing the way they came across on tape?

Its all so disturbing. Especially when the JonBenet-esque Emily Tye gets spray-tanned and her mom has her hair teased and mounds of makeup on her, doesnt she think that making your preschool kid look like a Vegas showgirl is just a wee bit wrong? She may as well put a sign on her that says, "Calling all pedophiles!"

I wondered the same thing. All those Nutters in that tiny apartment. I did catch a few minutes of it the Oprah show. The Nutters were showcased, they even sat on stage with Oprah.

On a previous thread we have all almost agreed that Papa Nutter does in fact play for the pink team.

I have friends on that team who will also say that he's a screaming closet case.

You're right - it doesn't matter at all...but just the fact that it's like the "pink elephant in the middle of the room"...no one on the show has talked about it.

Considering this is the same network that pushes Queer Eye (Love you Thom, Ted, Kyan, Jai, and Carson!) - you'd think they'd have no issue with it.

I love this show! I was very confused watching Mama Tye-didn't she just tell her daughter a couple of weeks ago on the show that the judges don't want her to "look at Mommy" and now she's yelling at her for not doing that? You gotta feel bad for her. If I can't figure out what she's supposed to do, how's she supposed to!
Ditto on Mama Klingensmith-what a wackadoo! My little boy wondered why Shane was smiling while someone was trying to hurt him during the audition. Exactly! I feel bad for him if his mom pulls him out of school.
I can't believe it's over next week! What am I going to do for entertainment?

Just caught part of it on my break.

I keep missing episodes so I hope to catch up this weekend.

Jordan Mosley's mom is the only one who seems somewhat normal. Jordan is such a cutie and didn't seem too upset when she didn't get that voice over part. (But I'm sure she'll get more parts in the future! What a cutie!!!).

The others are all so wacky. Momma Pagent Queen (talk about living through your child), Nutso Father (and his poor wife and kids -- OMG, PLEASE move back to Vermont and have a life! Leave the man and let him live in his pink powder puff fantasy life), Shane the Star's Mom (Is she getting less and less sane as this series goes on??? Shane really isn't that bad, but he has no clue and neither does she) and Smart Aleck Jordan's mom who is always so miserable.

Don't you feel better about your own wacky life after watching this?

She's definetly losing it all right...but I DO have to disagree with you...Shane really IS that bad!! I can see him doing "print" work as a model - but once he opens his mouth to speak/sing...he's just another boy going through the dreaded change of puberty.
