Should it be a surprise?

Hello,
I am working on our plans for our Sept. trip. :woohoo: We have not been in 6 years, when I took my DS for his 6th birthday. We have been trying to get back since then, but one thing after another always comes up and it doesn't work out. My DS has really wanted to go ack and I feel the worst for him since we have not been able to swing it. My question is, should I not tell him & surprise him? I think that would be so much fun... maybe not even tell him until I wake him up that morning and head to the airport. I know it will be HARD for me to keep my trap shut  and to keep my growing excitment in control, but I think it would be more fun as a surprise.
I would love to hear stories of how everyone has surprised their kids with a surprise trip to the happiest place on Earth! Thanks so much!!!
