Shirt design request

Hi all! Would anyone be willing to make a T-shirt design for us? We would like a black Mickey head with “Dizeo Family” in the ear on the left and “2019” in the ear on the right. With the castle in the middle of the Mickey head. Does that make sense? We would love for the words “Disney World Vacation” at the bottom under the Mickey head.

I’ve tried looking in people’s photo albums but they all need passwords. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Thanks so much. I really appreciate the help.
