SHHHHH!!!!! It's A Surprise Wedding!!!

Ok now... no eating the M&M's until the cruise!!! (You should give out little bags (and I mean nothing special...just ziplock thingy's with regular M&M's with a few mixed in and see if anyone notices...) (yes I am part sadistic...)

Tell the kids that you are planning on a special treat for Grandma and that they can't tell her (bday stuff I mean...) Also get some Bday stuff to leave around very conspicuantly with the packing stuff.

And for heaven sakes... stop dancing around the house singing "We're getting married in the morning!!!" around the kids...

Okkk Joel.... We're waiting!!! popcorn::

& don't go tellin us you ate all the M&M's already!!! :upsidedow

Sorry for the delay in writing another entry. Life has (as far as the wedding goes) come to a stand still...Work continues to be something that just happens. But, we are coutning the days until we sail and still no clue from our parents, etc. They all think it's just one big vacation. Won't the joke be on us if they already knew...:scared1: I don't think they do.

The M&M's are safe and sound...I was threatend with unthinkable pain if I even thought about opening them. :rolleyes1 So, I'll be good. The favors are actually done and packed. And believe it or not so are the kids, well not the kids I mean all of their clothes and stuff. Apparently they have enough stuff that they can be packed and still function daily. My DW and I on the other hand couldn't dream of packing this early. Although she did say that it made the time seem shorter.

So for now the big lie goes on and so does time...:hourglass We are just sitting here waiting for the dates to change and the clock to tick so we can get on with this thing.

But I did tell me DW that I would marry her 12 times a year of she wanted to...

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww....

Joel... You are a keeper... :cloud9:

And in case your wondering ... just packing one pair of undies counts as starting to pack...

Congrats Joel.... This is something I would love to do but could never pull off. I am one that buys presents a month before your birthday and gives it to you because I can't take it anymore.

Just caught this thread.

Great idea on having the ceremony at CC and happy we get to live vicariously through your adventure!

Listen to TinkRules..... she always has great ideas. Did she tell you to sign up for Rasul yet? (I was speed reading to catch up)

I'm not so sure about the Rasul...

BUT.....

They do have the new spa suites and you could book that for two... have some Dom... bring a few of those M&M's along... better yet... go for chocolate covered stawberries...

(Get a babysitter for afterwards...)

Just an idea...

BTW... Mr. M... thanks for the compliment!!!

For all of you Catholics:eek: (I am one) ...I have a confession to make...I just did an evil thing...:rolleyes1

I e-mailed our wedding coordinator to see if we could get some characters to appear at the reception...I know that we'll have to pay for them but I think to have them would be worth the expense...I'm patiently waiting for a reply. I would pay anything to see the expressions on the kids faces when they arrive...Truly one of the "priceless" moments...

But here is the really bad thing, and I will apoligize to Mozart first...

We, well, I booked a suite at the Grand Floridian for the night we return from the cruise for the Mrs. and me. We didn't thin:rotfl2: k we would have enough "us" time, so I thought this would be a good substitue. Anyway, I also have a reservation for Victoria and Albert's for that night (Sorry Mozart), we enjoyed it so much the first time that we should go back. So the plot just takes another fun turn and now I have a SHHHHH It's a Surprise everywhere deal going on.

My husband did this for me and our daughter. After the ceremony, which was on board, the photographer brought us around the ship for pictures and there was Mickey in a tux and Minnie in a white dress. It was so special. The photographer even had the photo autographed for us. Best wishes! Waiting is the hardest part!

You are forgiven... and which sin did you commit?????????????

Just a side note... about 10 years ago I was out in CA visiting my sister at Halloween and we went out for a "girls" night... Our waiter was dressed as a priest... now my sister is SUPER catholic... even went to the Vatican when she was in Rome... I on the other hand did NOT survive catholic school courtesy of Sr. Sebastian, but that's another story... so when he came to take our order I said.....

"Bless me Father for I have sinned.... I will have a Marguerita....."

(yeah... I did... my sister wanted to crawl under the table...)

It's kinda hard to see, but my DH is wearing the "Mickey" top hat with ears as well. This picture was taken right outside Mickey's Mates. The photographer ran in the store to get these for the picture. She called it the "Minnie Kiss"!

Don't apologize. Just remember that when we're in the terminal, I'll know a secret your family won't know...or will they? And you won't be able to hide. A party of 17, and I know what the bride and groom look like. (There doesn't appear to be an emoticon for an evil laugh, so just imagine that here.)

I think that it will be hysterical when they get there and the family fesses up that they knew it all along!!! :rotfl:

(You can leave the M&M's for me at Guest Services... oh wait... I want to go on the Magic... oh well...)

Just lurking by.... I love to read all the romantic stories and plans!

On our last DCL cruise there were 2 weddings on-board that were part of our DIS group (the same day even). It was fun to be a part of all their plans.

Lurking too...love to hear mushy wedding stories...keep 'em coming! :) And I love a good surprise, so you're double good!
