Shhh! Super Secret Winter Warm Up Girls Only February Get Away (from the snow)

I vote for longer vacations :cheer2: We went for 8 nights and that is not enough time to experience all the food available!!

Too true...because as I said...vacation is ALL about the food and the eating and the snacking....you see my point.

Soon everyone will start planning their trips on me.... maybe I will show up in Feb for the weekend :rolleyes1

That's so funny because last night i was thinking that wouldn't it be fun to do a girls trip with all of our dis friends...we could get Katie to come too...and maybe Emma princess: (that would be so fun! she could teach us how to speak properly!) :wizard:

My BFF  is in Disney with her family this week. She keeps calling me and torturing me...I mean sharing with me...all the fun they are having. So far it's been a great (read "magical":wizard: ) trip for them.

I need her to get back so we can plan for February! :woohoo:

I have a droid...can you still torture me? I love disney pictures...even if it is torture to not be there my own self! :)

Everyone should show up in February! :dance3:
Well, not EVERYONE...just all of US!

I had my photography genius friend come over and take some photos of me for my business brochures and website. I'll post a couple here for your viewing pleasure. (or dart board..whatever works for you!)

So here are the ones I will probably use:

And here are a few of Kristi's version of "work it girl"

And me with my sweet kitten "A Cat Named Roy"

Love the photos! My favorite is the first "work it" photo taken on an angle.

Love the work it girl photos! They must have been a riot to do.

ALso love the one with the kitty.

I notice everything, looks good!!

Why thank you! My hair lady promised it would make my eyes "pop". I'm not sure what she meant by that.....

Thanks--yes, my friend Kristi IS a riot. She's a former hippie :hippie:, mother of 7 (and 6 of them are boys) homeschooler, technology and photography geek (genius!). I absolutely adore her! :worship:

If I didn't say this before, we live on a dairy farm and so we always have barn kitties. My kids and I love them. DH tolerates them. Although last winter he built them a hay fort on the back porch so they could be close to the house and stay warm. :thumbsup2 That little kitty is just beautiful. I think he has some Maine Coon in him (we had one a few years back that showed up for a while).

I've been waiting to post this for a couple of days, but look what arrived in my mailbox this week!

Oh...and the other BIG news is that I spoke with DH about this trip. And those of you who have been on pins and needles (:surfweb:) waiting to hear will be glad to know that he said......................................................................................................................................................

Yes! (with a couple of stipulations) :wizard: :banana::banana::banana:

It's all good! You can rest now. Please stop worrying. Really.

Now, BFF is FINALLY back from her unending vacation to WDW so now hopefully she might perhaps be able to come too....I hope! And we can plan together. You know what that means though....probably a ton of things will change. *sigh*. It's a price I can live with. :)

Yay!!! I will tell you that I saw La Nouba in Aug and I sat in 3rd row and it's kind of hard to see. You can see the stage good, but a lot happens up high and you really strain your neck to see it. so just be prepared for that. We all decided that sitting further back/higher would've been better.

Do you mean the third row in the front? Or in our section? I hope our seats aren't too close! Ack! :scared1:

I don't have the stub in front of me, but looking at that map, I would say we were in section C (105) 3rd row. ( I was the 2nd seat in from the aisle next to section B)..from the stage. You can see stuff on the stage great, but some stuff I really craned my neck. It's really not a very big theatre at all. I was very surprised how small it was.
There is a lot going on at once at some times and it's hard to see it all. Your eyes will be wide!

My favorite part was the little Korean girls (I think the yare Korean) and they used the string and spool thing. They were AMAZING!!!!!!! And they would do these flips and I swear you have no clue how the did it, just all of a sudden they were flipping.

Oh well...I wanted to be close enough to see their costumes and makeup. On the website they had this tool that you could click on any seat and see what the stage would look like from that point. It just seemed too far away when we were further back. So I'm just going to hope that it's ok.
