We had an AMAZING trip. We landed about 2 hours ago, so I'm going to bed! I have a lot to catch up on....good thing I don't go back to work until Monday!

SO I waited up to complete online check-in....and you can't do it at midnight. I will have to do it in the morning....and I definitely won't be sleeping tonight! I'm so FREAKIN excited. Now I know how DS feels when he's off his meds!

Ok, so now that I will obviously be changing some ADRs since we are at the BC now, what are some must dos in that area? And where would you say is the best sushi?

Every trip, Tokyo Dining is a must-do for us, at least once or twice. We have never had bad sushi or service there. The view near the window overlooking the water is amazing. They have a wide variety of sushi and you can even watch them make it:

We like CAG, too, but TD is our favorite. There is also sushi at the sushi bar near the monorail station and Kona at the Poly.

Hi RC family. Super busy day today. Had to take Danimal to his doctor in the city. They switched his meds and we start them tomorrow. I'm hoping these help better than the others we are using because I might not make it to our next appointment if they don't. Between the stress at home and the stress at work I'm having serious chest pains and I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack any day now. I'm exhausted from today but I will get caught up tomorrow....after I do our online check-in!

Stress can really take its toll and we all deal with it differently. Some of us don't let it get to us and others can get sick from it. I find that if I can distract myself with something stress-free, like vacation planning, that really helps. The chest/heart symptoms are very scary, so do your online check-in and try and think happy WDW thoughts. Here's something to get you started:

Nothing very fun to report. We moved into a smaller house about 1 1/2 years ago and I've been having trouble making everything fit so lots of stuff in packed in boxes. Well today I finally got organized enough to find a spot for all my Snow White snow globes! As strange as it sounds my laundry room is decorated in a Disney theme. Pictures of all the resorts I've stayed at on the wall. Now I've managed to clear off a shelf and all my globes fit on it perfectly!!!

Love it!!!!! With all the laundry I do....that's a great tdea..my own WDW shrine..the girls have a Princess room...

Pas I so wish I had be enable to talk DH into moving to Florida years ago.

Beautiful day here the humidity left sunny and mid 80's. Trying to stick to my "diet" as I go see one of my Drs Friday Bob went yesterday for some Ehco thing and seems his circulation in his legs/feet is not good, he went back today for blood tests but the 2 girls in the Dr office could not draw it so they told him they will do it on next Monday when he sees the Dr . I have a really bad feeling about it.

Prayers for DH...they couldn't get his blood???? ugh, sounds like Nurse Pas needs to take a day trip up to help...our janet is home, she can come too tell him to hang tight! Hope all the tests come out ok, and also tell him the Orlando weather is better for his circulation (a little fib, but who cares )

So today DH and I are heading to our storage unit and getting my mom's childhood desk out. I have a great spot in our guest room for it and I'm finally ready to have it in our house. I have the cutest 7 dwarfs desk set and then I have a couple of items that didn't fit on the shelf in the laundry room that will be nice on the desk. So now it'll still be her desk but with some of me in it. Also when I'm in WDW in Oct I'll look for a 7 dwarf print to frame and go over the snow globes. I'm thinking of the one where they are going off to work ... anyone seen that one lately???

Time to finish my first cup of coffee and get to work!!!

My take...(bear in mind I am no professional...and could possibly need one myself!) is that you have had such a stressful month, it might be hard for you to even contemplate relaxing and enjoying yourself. When stuff happens one thing after another, it makes me be on edge too. Take some deep breaths, you are not going to have a heart attack at Disney, you are going to have a wonderful time with your kiddos, and this is much deserved.

KOOK, such a nice photo of your daughter! And that Lapu Lapu next to the orange bird pin is so happy! Glad to hear about Tokyo Dining. I can't tell you how many times we've had an ADR there (because I love sushi) and then we cancel it because the boys lobby for something else and we can't fit in all their favorites. So I sacrifice Tokyo for it. Our October trip is a bday gift to me from my husband (who said no more trips with the APs, and is making an exception for us to take they boys to MNSSHP.) He's encouraging me to book Tokyo for this trip as a result, but I'd have to cut San Angel Inn and the boys really want that (although we are going to SAI in January.) OK, I'm way OT now - need to post this on Amanda's ADR changing thread!

Yay, Dani!!!! I'm so excited for your trip and the live reports! August is slow for us here - baseball and theater are finished for the summer and swim team is wrapping up soon. So we'll enjoy our virtual trip to Poly with Dani!

Pas, I always have problems with my reservations on the website. They show up, then they disappear. Sometimes I press "update" and they return. Sometimes they don't. I called once and the CM really didn't know why this happens to me all the time. I think your theory about too many changes is correct! Even though we usually don't do on-line check-in, I like to see them. And the boys like to look at the current page because (between Oct. and Jan.) it has BC, CR, Poly and BWI!
