Would anyone mind sharing some of the pics they got on their photopass cd? Just so I can see what kind of quality we´re talking about.

You mean after we get the CD? Mine comes in on Monday (according to UPS), if no one has posted by then, I will post some!

Last year they let us put the graphics on before we bought the CD. I know that has changed now, so I put in a couple without the graphics. We were really pleased with the shots...plus I was in a whole bunch instead of missing from the "family" shots!

I don't need to post mine after they come in then!! Thanks so much for sharing.

Could either of you tell me, have you had any of them printed, say at Walmart, CVS, etc? What sizes did you have printed? How was the print quality? Not that it matters at this point because I already ordered the CD, but I was just curious!

PhotoPass pics are taken with a Nikon D70 at 6mp, so the resolution and color are excellent.

Lighting and framing depend on the skill of the photographer. I have seen some great PhotoPass pics and some that stunk. But the PhotoPass photographers are constantly getting more training to improve their skill, so the stinkers are becoming less common.

Print quality will depend mostly on the quality of the place where you have them printed.

These are my two best PP pics from my last trip (click the pic to view the full-size version):

I got a bunch of 4x6s made up for my scrapbook from walgreens and they turned out perfect.

My 3rd picture I posted I had blown up to an 11x14 in black and white from snapfish and its also perfectly crisp

We wound up with over 250 original pictures on our pass and I would say 75% were keepers...the other 25% could have been taken by my 5 year old:eek:

I printed some off at Target (just 4x6's) and they were perfect...I have no reason to doubt that 5x7 or 8x10's will be any different.

Here our a couple of the good and a few of the bad!

Love this close up

We didn't get any shots at MGM that we liked!....still glad we got the photopass anyway because the shots that came out really make the trip memorable!!

Cool pictures, I am a little disappointed that they would only be taken at 6 MP though, at least the ones at Disneyland appear to use a 9 MP camera, which is really low resolution for a digital SLR in my opinion, at 6 MP it means you really can't get any larger than 8x10 and have true photo quality, 11x14 will be acceptable quality but I wouldn't go any larger, esp. if they are in any compressed format. If they are in uncompressed tif files or any other raw format perhaps.

WOW, you could start your own shirt swap.
Could I borrow four shirts for are trip in August?:rotfl:
