Sharing dining plan

Tepanaki, I think is the name of it. The one where they cook in front of you. I think it might start with an M, and then the word Tepanaki.

I guess I need to double check this. I planned on sharing a meal here. Did this happen to anyone else? Was anyone successful sharing a meal at Teppanyaki in Japan?

Huh? Why is there an "invisible person?" DH and I always tip well for good service and more than likely we'd leave extra even though the DDP includes tip. However, whether or not we were on the DDP, often times DH and I share meals so we can have dessert, therefore, we'd spend the same if we were paying OOP or on the DDP. I wholeheartedly agree that good service deserves good compensation but since tips are based on what you order, I don't see the problem.
Well said!

I would think 2 adult meals would fill DD3, DH, and I. Does anyone know if you are allowed to share here?

3 of us shared 2 meals last September at Alfredo's. We added a carafe of wine and had a filling meal. (No complaints from the server or us!) We're planning on doing the sharing again this September at Coral Reef, Le Cellier, and Kona Cafe (where we had plenty of food last time!).

DD (17) and I shared a meal here last June without an appetizer or dessert. We both are very light eaters though. We weren't on the dining plan and split the steak/shrimp combo. We got dessert later at the French patisserie.
