Rode it last night during EMH after the fire. It was a 20 minute wait at 1:00 AM. There was only a 10 minute wait for the Anna and Elsa meet and greet at the same time.

Agreed! When I saw the videos online it looked like the whole top of the ride was burning down. Glad everyone is safe and that the ride was able to reopen so quickly.
