Oh my goodness, what have I volunteered for?!? We have lots of challengers this month, welcome to the first-time challengers! I know it is the busy season (school, kid's sports, etc) so we will have to be extra motivated to meet our goals!! Let's do it!!!!
I would love to join in with you all.... being someone who's done low carb for 3 years (120 pounds lost) who has recently packed on 20 extra pounds I could use all the support I can get. I really need to get my body moving so hopefully this will help.
I'm going to aim for 1000 minutes.
This morning did 45 minutes of weights and stretching
tonight it was a 93 minute bike ride My DH is an engineer and likes to be precise in reporting times when exercising. Actually he has a "catseye" that is a single trip odometer and stopwatch but hey I like the number 93!!!
I did 30 min on the Elliptical yesterday and 30 min on the treadmill this morning. I am 60/500 so far. I am happy to be starting out better than last month. I am determined to meet my goal and exceed it if possible this month.
Keep moving everyone, we are going to rack the minutes up this month!
