I am sure we are going for a bike ride later today too - weather is great for one that is for sure!

I can add another 30 minutes this morning for the Elliptical. That brings me to 120/500 so far and I am starting to get the feel of the routine instead of the exercising feeling like a chore.

Well, we have started our move, but I am still finding time to exercise! It's great stress relief from moving! I don't know how well I will do when the big push comes - our truck will be on the 15th. Right now we are doing a few carloads of boxes a day so it's not too bad. Not much thim for the DIS, though!

Lovinaz, thanks for the challenge. It is really working to keep me motivated this month. Moving would be such a great excuse to abandon my regular exercise routine and thus break the habit of regular exercise. Being accountable here really does keep me on track.

Sunny, thanks for the clippie! Another great one, as usual. I'm off to add it to my siggie next. We will miss seeing you here as part of the Sept challenge, but I'm sure I'll see you around the marathon thread.

So far for Sept I have exercised 260/2000
 
I think I've gotten everyone updated to this point, including me - I actually did my Pilates Sculpt DVD yesterday for 55 minutes, bringing me to 150/1100!!! I will be going to the gym later today but will not count it until it is actually under my belt... Off to a good start!

Just got back from the gym did 40 minutes of strength training!!
That puts me 230/1000. Unless I got minutes for the yard work? :goodvibes Keep up the good work everyone!! :grouphug:
 
I'm going to try again, but I'm going to lower my total so that I don't feel like I've failed!!

I'm going for 500. So as of this morning I'm 120/500.

Well - I procrastinated long enough this morning that I never did the hand-weight routine but I did manage a 72 minute bike ride (remember my DH has that precise minute measuring device) Beautiful weather in OH for a ride!

total thus far 380/1500
