Is it too late to join the FE? We just decided to book very last minute and this is our first Disney cruise. Our travel agent just told us about the fish extender exchange and it sounds fun. I have a four yr old son. If it is too late, I completely understand.

Also, if you'll read back a few posts, you may want to join our Beauties and Beasts open bar. We're wearing pink t shirts, boas and tiaras. (The men have tan t shirts.) There is a number to call for you to pay for it.

We have special bands that you can get at the "meet and greet" which will be in the Promenade Lounge at 3 p.m. on Saturday. Most of us are wearing red t shirts with a graphic that I can send you if you'll send me your email address. (Either pm or post your email here)

If you let us know your room number, names and kid's ages and gender--some of us will have extra FE for you. The actual list closed several weeks ago, but a few people have extras. You may also want to visit the dollar stores and pick up a few things to put in the FE for your kids from "Mickey."

I know there is a lot on this thread, but you may want to at least read back a few pages. There is some really good information that the experienced cruisers have posted (probable schedule, packing tips, etc.)

Remember that all are welcome to post on the group trip report--just introduce yourself and then take a few minutes to either give a day-by-day report or record your general impressions in a post or two. It will really help people to have information from lots of different families on one report. The link is in my signature.

Just an FYI...both of my credit card companies (one is Disney Visa) said there's a 3% international transaction fee on all transactions made out of the country. Just thought I'd mention that here in case anyone was planning to use their credit cards in the ports.

I have a newly potty trained 2 year old, and I would like to bring his potty chair. Will there be any room in the bathroom for it? I was thinking we could store it in the bath tub. I'm trying to decide how helpful it will be, or if it will be more trouble than it is worth.

I have confirmation on time and place for the Champagne Girl's Beauties and the Beasts.... We will meet in Sessions at 3pm on Sept 30. (first sea day). Here is the IMPORTANT part......
Disney informed me that each person must pay for their ticket in advance. She needs each of you that are on the list to call her by Thur. if possible to pay for your tickets. You need to contact Alma Dabu @ 407-566-3683 or you can email her with your name, reservation #, cabin # and credit card # at Alma.a.dabu@disneycruise.com
She also said if her line is busy and you feel comfortable about it that you can leave the info in a message or tell her in the message when it would be a good time to call you back.

Just want to keep this going.... I hope everyone is getting their tickets to the Beauties and the Beasts event.

There might be a little room under the sink, but the bathroom are pretty compact. Will he sit on one of those seats that sits on top of the big toilet seat? If you go to the disney cruise website and click on the Magic and then on staterooms there's some pics of the bathrooms. That might help you decide. Also, look at the floorplan tab. It looks like the bathroom with the shower in it has room under the sink...not sure about the sink in the other bathroom though.

We will have a new grandson by the end of the day.. actually any minute now. I can't wait to introduce him to Mickey!

There is a shelf under the sink so you would not have room there. I don't think there really is any room for that. You might get one of the toddlers seat covers.. adapters... they are easy to carry and just fits on the toilet seat to make the hole much smaller and kids do well with it.

I'm bringing a little seat that fits over the adult/regular seat for my daughter...we just pack that when we travel. Plus no having to clean/empty the potty, just flush

Picked up my FE today! It looks amazing! I "designed" it and my aunt sewed it together for me. I'm really pleased with how it turned out. Have to finish up the women's gifts this weekend and then start packing! Lucky for me I only work til Tuesday then I'm off for two weeks!

I leave tomorrow for Houston.. I will be on the Inaugural cruise leaving on Sat. Don't worry, I will make sure we save you some Mickey bars!

I'm not sure how much I will be able to check in but if anyone else is wanting on the Beauties and the Beast event be sure to call Alma and let her know. Her number is in a previous post.

How is brand new DGS and his mom?

He is doing so good... so is Mom. She had a baby in Sept last year and he only lived about 18 hours so this is a huge blessing.... We are so excited about our new healthy baby boy!
