Hmmmmm, I've been checking out the weather forecast for the trip and it looks like a high of 87 with rain on Oct 2 in Grand Cayman and Oct 4 in Cozumel we should expect a high of 86 with a cloudy morning and rain in the afternoon. I couldn't pull up Costa Maya. I found this info on AccuWeather.com

I think I will start to pray for no rain for the cruise. The highs are perfect, but I don't really want rain.

Funny! Have two cats also, and one of my cats (Bobbet) she gets upset when I leave for a trip usually takes her at least 3 days after I come back for her to even look at me!!!

Disney informed me that each person must pay for their ticket in advance. She needs each of you that are on the list to call her by Thur. if possible to pay for your tickets. You need to contact Alma Dabu @ 407-566-3683 or you can email her with your name, reservation #, cabin # and credit card # at Alma.a.dabu@disneycruise.com
She also said if her line is busy and you feel comfortable about it that you can leave the info in a message or tell her in the message when it would be a good time to call you back.

Woo hoo! I just spoke to Alma and paid her for six. We added our DIL and another DS. There is a chance we will have a little guy with us if there is an issue with Flounder's Nursery, but we're all paid up and ready to have a cocktail or two before formal night dinner.

We've got snorkel trip booked for Grand Cayman and we want those beach breaks in Mexico! No rain allowed! Start praying now.

That makes me feel better. I knew there was a chance this time of year, but you always hope for the late summer-like days. And living on the Gulf Coast I know just how wrong weather predictions can be.

We have the turtle farm booked, loungers in Costa Maya, and the Myan Ruin tour in Cozumel.

Soooooo please, Please, PLEASE don't let it rain!!!!

But no matter what, I am going to have a wonderful time and enjoy this much needed vacation!

Accuweather isn't really that accurate this far out. I always check it a couple weeks before we travel and the forecast always changes before we leave! I did read that it was Cozumel's rainy season as well as mosquito season though so I'm packing a little can of OFF.

And an umbrella. That's a lesson I learned back in high school when I went to Nashville one summer. My mom told me to pack an umbrella and I thought she was just a crazy mom so I didn't. It rained and I ended up paying $10 for a giant umbrella that got stolen before we even left Nashville! Soooo....I always take an umbrella on trips with me.

Praying for sunny days though!!

Just finished crazy shopping day, my bedroom looks like hell, but now almost all FE are done, everyone has nice clothes for dinners, pirate costumes are done! This weekend packing!!!
Couldn't do it without y'all good advice!

Oh, and while packing , DS asks when is Texas night? It can be so cool to see some 10 gallon hats and cowboy boots at dinner

I am beside myself tonight...I just went to pull out my bathing suit to pack it and it is missing! The last time I remember seeing it was when we were in Vero Beach in July. I am not a small person, and it's really hard for me to find swimsuits - this was a swimdress and it covered all the "jiggly bits", so I am never going to be able to find a similar suit in time for the cruise. I've looked everywhere and can't find it.

However, we are still going on a cruise in 11 days, so it's not all bad.

Is it too late to join the FE? We just decided to book very last minute and this is our first Disney cruise. Our travel agent just told us about the fish extender exchange and it sounds fun. I have a four yr old son. If it is too late, I completely understand.

Thanks. I will post as soon as I know it. No worries. This was a last minute vacation.....meaning...I only found out this morning. Still trying to coordinate it all and find a place to board our dog. Feeling the stress of last minute.

We are having a meet & greet at 3pm in the Promanade Lounge as well. I think most of us are wearing red-Ts with a logo from Piper. Maybe someone can re-post that.

I agree about posting your cabin # some of us have a few extras for little ones.
