3 weeks!!!!!

mcraft, your signs are great!! Would you know how to take your name out of the Lilo and Stitch one? My computer knowledge when it comes to that kind of stuff is weak.

Is anybody planning rotating door signs?

Here it is without the name.

I have a door sign for everyday. My husband had to roll his eyes when I said I even have a sign for our night at Palo! I also have a copy of the Mickey Ears that you can put around your room number on the door to make it look like Mickey. I can post them if anybody would like them.

I keep thinking today.. at this time in 3 weeks I will be on the ship, eating lunch, etc. My DH is excited but I am definitly more so!

We are very excited also, I was taking my mother to Costco and she said 3 more weeks and we will be on the boat, "I can't wait"! Even my father is looking forward to it

I start packing the 26th/27th. I took an entire day off from work just to pack for our trip!!! Whoop Whoop!!

I'm really worried about posting things on our doors and someone stealing them. I guess I better buckle down and work on a door sign.

That's what I was thinking earlier, around 10 am my time, I said, "This time in 3 weeks we'll either be in the terminal or on the ship!" By the time it happens, you may have to pinch me because I may think I'm dreaming!!

I have nothing to compare it to... so i'm fine with it...

A little bit concerned that it is forward..i would have like more mid-ship, DS gets car sick(doctor all ready gave me a script for meds for him) do you think it will even matter?

Good evening everyone !
Just got home from work......
Love everyone's spirit, enthusiasm and door signs (mcraft !).
I don't think I can top JDBlair's and jajomo's smilie and icon parades !

jajomo.....this is our third cruise. Never been midship. Had aft once and this will be our second time forward. Our last cruise we were more forward than this one but it never bothered us. Just thought I'd try and calm your concerns about this.

Now....back to the 3 week countdown celebration !

Congrats on the upgrade!! We had 6504 which is about as far forward as you can get and we were fine. I tend to get seasick fairly easy and we have had both aft and forward and I couldn't tell the difference. I think you will be a-ok!

this board is so much fun! I thought I was excited!!! my husband says that I shouldn't get myself so hyped up, that I may be disappointed, but can you really be disappointed with Disney???? I hope I'm not hyping myself up to unreal expectations! (I say that, but the more I read the more excited I become!!!) I'm HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!! I keep thanking him for giving us the opportunity to go!!! He's the best!!!

one more thing: I read in Passporter's Field Guide to the Disney Cruise Line... that the Magic was to be dry docked in Sept 2007. Has anyone heard this also? Does anyone know what improvements were made?

I have been BUSY moving boxes from storage. The place we had them and our Rialta is raising the rent considerably and since we used the camper only two weekends this year we decide it is time to sell it and move the boxes. A neighbor was not using his storage closet in the hallway so now we are borrowing it. He will not let us pay rent!!

I'm totally hyped but I don't really have any expectations, if that makes any sense. I know I have given DH a couple of extra hugs for agreeing to do this.

We asked about drydock when we booked last year on board. We were told that there was no scheduled drydock until 2008. The rumor was out there for a while that there might be a drydock only because previously they have been two years apart.

I'm glad you guys finally got your room assignments! I'd rather be in a cat 11 on deck 5 then a cat 10 on deck 2 so I think your rooms are great!
