WHOOP WHOOP for you Jac - I spent a good portion of the weekend telling all my family and friends that we were 3 weeks away too! You guys on this board sure know how to get excited, I'm WITH YA!!

Whoop Whoop! I am happy to report that DD did say this AM, "Guess what, Mommy! 3 weeks until the Mickey boat!!" And I am totally excited. DH just drop me off for work and I said 20 more days. He corrected me, 19, and I said, "Oh yeah, but like 16 days until I'm on vacation!" And then I used a word I can't use here! But if you saw Britney open the VMA's last night, she used it when she said, "It's Britney..."

Off Topic - But did anyone else see Britney open the VMA's last night??

Did anyone else use Dreams Unlimited to book their cruise? This is the second time we have used them but it has been 2 yrs and I can't remember how they send the docs. Do we usually get them through the mail, UPS, or fedex. I keep looking for them, getting them will really make me feel this vacation is official!!

I know I drive my DH nuts because everyday I do the countdown and say how many days we have left. He slipped up the other day and said "when we get on the ship" luckily dd wasn't listening! (It is a suprise for her! She thinks we are going to Indianapolis. Which we are but flying out of there for FLORIDA!) So I have to contain my excitment when she is around.

My parents are coming down for the day so I will check back later.

JDBlair, I saw Brittany open the VMAs. She looked drunk or something to start. She seemed unsteady on her feet and I was sure she was gonna stumble.

Whoop Whoop! And how exciting for your DD! I would love someone to surprise me with a DCL vacation.

I was saying if people weren't sure if she has a substance abuse problem before - they may reconsider now. She was either high as a kite or she got an awful case of stage fright!

We haven't received our docs and we used Small World Vacations. I E-mailed our TA today to ask if the docs will come from DCL or her but she hasn't replied yet.

Jac, I sent the very same.. ..e-mail to my TA this morning ...lol..guess great minds think a like..ok maybe not great.... but I'm sure "above average" .

Not this cruise, but on our last one we used them. Great service from them btw......
Our last cruise was Nov 6, 2004. I went back and searched the thread I was in for that cruise and my docs arrived on Oct 6---a full 4 weeks in advance.
I'm booked on DVC points this cruise, so not sure if that has anything to do with it, but here we are at 16 days and 14 hours before we leave the house for the airport and no docs yet. Compared to our last cruise, this is close

Hi Jac I saw Britney, I didn't think she was horrible but def. room for improvement! What I think is funny is the critics say she was out of shape and dumpy...haha! I thought she looked pretty good considering, I guess they haven't seen me in my 2 piece!


Anywho....no docs yet for me either. Come on Docs!!!

I saw a tape of Britney on the internet. I wouldn't say she was "horrible", but def a lackluster performance. She seemed a bit awkward/stiff in her movements. I think another outfit would have complimented her more than the one she chose, but she looks great for recently having two children (almost back-to-back).

I actually felt very sorry for her. While I am no Britney fan (by any means) I wouldn't call her fat. I thought she looked pretty tone for having 2 kids. She definitely looks better than me. But she probably should have covered up more, less is more!!

omigosh! i am soooooooooo excited already!
anyone else planning to leave their kids at the pumba pajama party and go out dancing??? it's a good thing our cruise is for 7 days.. there's so much fun things to do! we plan to go to the movies with my DD who just started to go to the movies (first movie ever-ratatouille) so now she wants to see underdog while we're on our cruise

Also, anyone else renting a car?? is there a drop off on port canaveral? where are you dropping off your car? how do i book the dcl busses to go back to mco? any help is appreciated!! thanks!

Good movie Pauline ! Hope your dd enjoyed it. I remember my kids' first ever movie in a theater---it was Lion King on the big screen........long time ago..........

I belive the docs arrive by Fed Ex. Still didn't get mine either.

We are renting a car from Budget. They have an office right near the port and they shuttle you back and forth. I think Avis has one not too far away as well.

As far as DCL transfers, I believe you can add that on at any time. Just give them a call. I'd do it soon so they can get the luggage tags to you.

Just thought I'd post a pic of me at The Rose Bowl last Saturday before the BYU vs. UCLA football game (I'm on the far left, down 40 pounds from the first of the year).

I don't care what anybody else says--a 10 hour drive each way for a BYU Football game is funner than mowing the lawn on a Saturday!

Oh, and by the way, have I mentioned how cool my wife is to put up with my BYU Football addiction? Thanks Tracy, you're the best!!!
