omigosh! i am soooooooooo excited already!
anyone else planning to leave their kids at the pumba pajama party and go out dancing??? it's a good thing our cruise is for 7 days.. there's so much fun things to do! we plan to go to the movies with my DD who just started to go to the movies (first movie ever-ratatouille) so now she wants to see underdog while we're on our cruise

What PJ Party? If there's a PJ party - we're going to leave DD there if she'll stay. We'll take as much "adult" time as we can get. I was reading in my Passporter that if you want, you can take your kids to the clubs at night, dressed in their pj's and they'll put them on a mat if they get sleepy. May have to do that one or two nights. Ibela and I are already plotting to go to 80's night!!!

Oh sure, keep telling us how you've lost weight!! I've been dieting and exercising since last summer and I think I've lost 10 pounds. Have you seen that commercial where the stick figure woman is complaining about trying to lose weight and her stick figure husband keeps losing and losing and she stays the same?? The reason that commercial is hysterical to women is because it's TRUE!!

Okay, sorry I'm grumpy - hunger does that to a person. Congrats on your weight loss and your awesome wife Tracy!! You're a lucky man!

Totally!!! We will dance the night away - or at least try to! There's no funner dancing than 80's dancing because you can just totally go with it!!! At a wedding in May, we were doing the Safety Dance!!!

And I thank you for not wearing a thong. I won't wear one either! Deal! In fact , let's ALL vow to not wear thong bathing suits!!!

No docs yet. I am a tad concerned because I know they can arrive up to a week before your cruise. Since we are leaving a full week before to go to WDW, we might be in a bit of a pinch if they arrive then. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

So what transporation are you thinking of booking at this point?

What excurstions did you decide upon? We have Orent Beach and Coral World booked through DCL. I really thought we would do excursions on our own but at the last minute I chickened out. I'm such a whimp.

That is the exact transportation we have set up. FWIW, we got an awesome one way rental rate from Thrifty Car rental and you can also use teh codes on Mousesavers.

We can't leave her alone anywhere but Flounders. We will attend some activities with her in the Oceaneers Club though.

We're renting from Budget, drop off at PC. We called them up and just told them all our memberships and asked what the best rate is. Costco!

Wow...tfc3rid.....that is an awesome deal ! I'm only renting for 3 days (before and after the cruise) and got like $105 for those 3 days using Budget. Did u book it awhile ago ? Code ? We're picking up on the night of Sept 27 then returning on Sept 29 (around 11 am). Then, we'll pick it up again on Oct 6---around 10 am and return the next afternoon. We're paying like $105 for that.

I am getting so excited / stressed that reading the navigators would put me over the edge.

We are down to single digits . We get on the plane in 9 days. Oh my!


So much still to do:
get DD dress shoes, try on my pirate costume, get dh to try on his, the list seems to go on and on.

I still need to update the first post with the changes to the goodie bags. I will try to do that later today.

Ha! The 80's... that was 'my' decade! The party sounds like a lot of fun.

It's getting really real, guys! Fed Ex delivered our pirate shirts today! I ordered the kids baskets from Shirley and ordered children's Bonine and Safe Sea today from Drugstore.com. Gosh, what is the suitcase weight limit?!!

Just waiting for a call from my TA that our documents are in.
